That was a great evening!! Thank you, Barry and Terry, for hosting the after-session.  I now know the secret to "nailing" the riff in Harvest Moon--- wine!  It was interesting how one person picks up a ukulele, and then another and another... what a great group we have.

The folks at the Lodge seemed to enjoy our efforts.  I saw some toe-tapping and lots were singing.  Loved their dance to "Fly Away" but wondered about the choice of that song as their theme song.  Next time we will have to bring more material or sing slower.

Mark the following dates on your calendar-- January 24th and February 21st.  They have asked us to return.

Have a great Christmas and New Year-- hope we can stay warm-- envy the snowbirds over the next few days.

Yes, have a great holiday season everyone. Sorry I missed the session at the Lodge but happy after our warm welcome for our student group as well that we will be going back.

I have posted "Suitcase in my Hand", "After the Gold Rush in C and G" and Love Potion #9 from the Vancouver book to the Boyne River Ukulele Group Song Sheets page.
