Louise, Lorna, Lynn, AJ, Linda, Barry, Lori, Tom and Lana played some new pieces along with old favourites:

Before we started-- we tried Grandpa and Make You Feel My Love but everyone did not have the music so we began with Bring Me Little Water Sylvie, Cryin' Time, Suitcase in My Hand, I Can See Clearly Now (in D), Have you Ever Seen the Rain, House of Gold (in C), Harvest Moon (sounded excellent), Hard Times Come Again no More, Margo's Cargo, La Vie en Rose, Leaning on the Everlasting Arms (we must play this at the Lodge), Sonny's Dream, The Star of County Down, The Log Driver's Waltz (played at "warp" speed), Song for a Winter's Night, I'll See you in my Dreams, You Belong to Me, Angeline the Baker, All I want is You, Passin' Through, House of the Rising Sun (in Am), He'll Have to Go, Just Because, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Rox in the Box,Save the Last Dance for Me (the last two were from the Vancouver Book) and our signature set ending song.

You can check the Blog or the Drive for songs that you may not have copies from the playlist from last night.  Here is the vignette for Log Driver's Waltz-- you can decide how fast it is in comparison with ours last night...

Grandpa, and I Can See Clearly Now in C and D are posted on the Drive  As I get more songs formatted and fixed, I will post them as well

Have a strummin' good week.

- Lana

I have added the new songs to the blog as well. Remember to check out Lana and my emails re: the Prairie Jamboree hosted by the Ukulele Club of Winnipeg this September.
